— Rue Notre Dame is a particularly complex study by Philip Surrey. The location is outside a bank, related to his “Bank Girls” series. Within all the activity, here Surrey has paid particular attention to four women, highlighting with white pastel their diaphanous dresses, billowing in the wind. -
