Notable Events of 2020
On behalf of our family and team, I would like to extend to you our gratitude for your support during this challenging year.
Our family has always sought to develop a welcoming and informative visiting experience to the galleries in Montreal, Toronto and at Klinkhoff.ca. Making our gallery more accessible has always been at the heart of our mission as a small family business. For over 70 years, our family has been committed to sharing our passion for art. Since the early 1970s Galerie Walter Klinkhoff Inc. organized annual non-selling retrospective exhibitions as a means to share original research and promote further study and appreciation of Canadian artists.
Recent developments of our gallery under Alan Klinkhoff Gallery, including the opening and expansion of our Toronto location, continued investments in our Montreal gallery and the frequent enhancements to our online platform have enabled us to share our accumulation of experience in the marketplace and our vetted selection of paintings with even more people.
We continue to strive to improve your art-buying and selling experience and to remain at the forefront of our industry. In part, that is why Alan Klinkhoff Gallery was the first art gallery in Canada offering classic fine art to offer the transparency of pricing. We also continue to add to Learn, our online art education platform, which has hundreds of original research articles written by Canada's leading art academics.
Although this year's most Notable Events took place primarily online, their visibility and accessibility to all, from Cape Breton, N.S., to Victoria B.C., and beyond, was greater than ever.
We are looking forward to 2021 and optimistically, to your visits to our galleries in the New Year.
From our family to yours, season's greetings and a healthy New Year.
