— The building right of centre was the Montreal General Hospital, a building it moved out of in 1955, relocating up the mountain and a bit west. The building has been repurposed to a long term care facility. The entire area bordering this intersection of Chinatown was eviscerated and redeveloped with the building of Montreal’s autoroute A-720 and the city’s convention centre. -
